Taking the Spark to Sri Lanka

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experiences with the Spark in Sri Lanka? I'm reading all kinds of stories that you need to register your drone. Is this registration only for usage while flying or do you need to prove at customs that you are allowed to use it?

Hi. Just wondering how it went. Did you end up taking the drone with you? Im going to sri lanka soon myself and am not sure how to go about it.

Hi @Jevgeni, I will go there in January so haven't experienced it myself. But heard from other pilots that you can register but that checks are very low so not really needed. Just think before you fly.
