is it normal? has it happened to you?
The cooling fan does make some noise.
Noisier in cooler climates until it warms up a bit.
Does the Spark constantly make the noise? Sounds louder than usual.
Perhaps something is vibrating like a piece of plastic?
well lately it makes that sound pretty much everytime i turn it on.
if it doesn't all it take is shake it a bit.
Sounds like a really old hard drive struggling...
The bearing of the fan sounds end of life or there is some debris in it touching the blades.
Was it powered on in total for a lot of time?
i've checked it in a loot of ways.
Like both cold and hot. It's random if does it at the beginning when the fan starts or after the warm up lights go into yellow.
If it doesn't do it at all i can shake it and make it do it.
So your sparks never sound like that?
You have something in your cooling fan blade remove the top cover to clean the blade ( only 6 1.5 Allen screws)
That definitely sounds like a circuit board or something like that internal I would definitely return it to DJI for them to look at it
Thank you for the answers my friends.
I had to send it back at the end .
I'll update if the tell what it had!
