Hello from the Hoosier heartland, Neytan.

Unless you download the footage from the Sparks SD card via WiFi, USB cable or removing the card from the Spark and installing onto your device, you are looking at the 720p cached video / photos from the phone and are not good quality.

Welcome to the Forum.

so let's say i already recorded a video i dont need to put sd card from spark to phone or pc just download via usb cable or dji go4 ?

Yes.

The Spark needs to be turned ON when transferring the files.

I think it works that way?

I just tried to hook up the Spark via the cable to my PC but it didn't work.

I was sure I had transferred files this way before but I may be in error.

I'm in the habit of removing the card and putting it in the PC.

Just to verify, I just tried my Spark connected with a USB cable and the PC (Windows 10) DOES find the SD card as usual..

If you use the "download" icon when previewing the images on your phone, that image will be full resolution after download but I have found that downloading from the Spark to the phone to be flakey...you might have to navigate to where the full picture ended up on the phone ( it will be marked as "org") You should be able to select and share the original, downloaded image from the album in the app. If you have to search for it on your phone, look for the picture with the biggest size since the one that is cached on the phone is very small ( just Thumbnail size really)
