This was happening on my iPhone 8 and now on my iPhone X too.
Phone connected to remote via Wifi, Remote connected to spark.
If I try to download any videos, generally every 10s - 15s depending on how large the file is, I get a message to say the transfer has failed, and the green light on the remote has turned red and obviously the connection is lost, a few seconds later it turns green again. I leave it a while and press the download button again and it picks up the download from where it left off.
Incredibly annoying as it just takes so long to transfer videos off.
