Spark Drone Up / Down at take off

I recently brought out the drone and updated the firmware and did a calibration on the aircraft and still having this issue.

Will go up and down after take off - and the height even at ground level says it's 10' off the ground.

I reset the unit back to factory specs - redid all the firmware and calibrated again. Still doing it.

Any ideas of why it's doing this and why it thinks it's 10' off the ground when on the ground before take off?

I am really scared to even fly it in the house let alone outside. If I get under it and grab it, it really wants to take off, I have to turn it sideways.

Not in ADDI mode. Have 12 GPS.
Anything will help.

Trying to figure this out cause we're in the Monsoon season and want to capture some shots.
