Retrieving Flight Records from iPad/iPhone to Mac Air

    I followed the tutorial on "How to: Retrieve DJI Spark Flight Logs from an Apple device" and successfully transferred the file folder from the mini ipad to the Mac Air. When I open the selected file I get an encrypted document. How to I decrypt the document? thanks...

    True. The Phantomhelp log viewer site provides basic information & simple to use.
