One prop does not spin

Hello, sorry new here and had spark for less than a month.
I was changing battery and dropped spark on the table now one prop does not spin freely.
No errors but when launching, the prop tries to spin but does not. Any help appreciated.

Does the motor spin okay?

Maybe the prop popped off the motor slightly or the hub is broken on the prop.

Change the prop with the proper one and try again.

Maybe posting a picture or two of the damage and perhaps we might see something?

Thank you for the welcome.
The motor spins okay. If I manually spin it I can tell that I does not spin as freely as the other 3.
I changed the prop to a new one with the same result.
There is no damage. it just feels like it is sticky when I spin it.
Sorry kinda not smart as when I was trying to snap the new battery on, it twisted in my hand and dropped on the table.

Did you check the old propeller to see if the 2 locks were attached in the piece?
Once I hit the propeller and one of those little locks was broken and was disturbing the proper movement.
