I own a Spark and Mavic. One has already dropped into the harbour for no apparent reason. Ok, who knows who is to blame for that (I have my opinions) but I still went out and bought a second Spark because yes it's the best in it's class but in my opinion does have it's faults. The main thing I'd like to say is the amount of time I spend trying to get the Spark to work as it should is huge compared to the amount I spend with the Mavic (none). All I'm doing is testing, troubleshooting and worrying if the thing will come home or not. The Mavic is just plain fun and reliable. As msinger said above drones aren't perfect, but for 2 products made by the same company their reliability (in my case) is night and day.
