N/A battery status

After a lengthy flight on one battery the second battery % stayed at 89%. I landed safely and turned off the spark On power up NA appeared by the battery icon. Powered off and on but still NA for battery status. I closed out the Go 4 app on my phone (Samsung s7) opened the app again and all was ok. Has anyone else had this happen?

No I haven't but I'll add it to my list of "what the hell just happened"

just yesterday I had one of my batteries show up as N/A as well, never seen this before. Did not have any charge status or any battery information in the details. Dunno

Have you checked for firmware update?

The same happen to me everytime I fly. It is really annoying... Not knowing the battery status.

The % stay at 98% on a 10 minutes fly. Alway have to bring the spark back to me to check the led level on the battery. Auto RTH on a low level battery did not work...scary.

With the remote, I use a LG G6. Firmware, Android and dji go app up to date. No OTG cable.

Keep me updated. I will too.
