FCC basically means it's flying according to USA Standards. As opposed to other countrie's standards. (NTSC vs PAL)
Edit: Those two are the most common TV standards followed.

It’s in Atti mode as you’re indoors and don’t have gps.

I am trying to go from ce mode to fcc mode so i downloaded mydjigo v2.8
