I can chime in here after being a professional photographer for over 19 year. The images you have supplied to this forum are on par of what you should expect coming out of the DJI SPARK, there is no "blur" are you say I do see some CA ( chromatic aberration ) but that's expected on optics at this lower level. It's not the sensor that makes a sharp image it's the glass in front of it [emoji16] and if that glass can resolve the fine details you're just not going to see them.
So I would be happy with what you have, if that's not adequate for your filming needs then I suggest a higher end model that's based on filming as it's main feature, not tracking, gesture control and ease of use for beginner drone Pilots.

First off please be respectful of other members. We don't always agree on everything. Thank you for not letting the disagreements get out of hand in this thread.

As far as the focus issue. I have owned a few different DJI quads. One was a Phantom 3 that had a soft focus issue. One portion of the image always had a fuzzy look. Turns out it had the same soft focus issues others had. Apparently when the cameras are assembled the lens does not always get seated correctly causing this. Now the OP images looked okay, the second was a bit out of focus, but, it was all out of focus so I can only assume the quad was not still as it was taken. I would be interested to see a series of shots from that position to see if some of them were crisp and in focus. You have a tiny camera that was not designed to compete with the higher end cams like say a Phantom 4 Pro or an Inspire. It does provide a decent image for what it is. Have you ever looked at some of the clones to these? They are absolutely horrible!
