Weather here in Ireland is at last getting nice. Sparky and I went to the falls of the River Shannon yesterday after work. Bought him an ice cream on the way home.

Your video brought back memories from a few years back, when I had the pleasure of spending a couple of weeks in beautiful Ireland around this same time of year. Thanks for the trip!

They are ancient salmon cots. To make it easy for the local gentry to catch them. River Levels were much higher before the hydroelectric dam
