Hello from Bayside Queens, NY

Just received my Spark drone, have no idea how to fly this thing yet but that can be rectified soon if I can actually find a place to fly legally and not get into any trouble. Any recommendations of a good place for drones flying in the Queens, NY area will be appreciated. : )

Spend a little time in the Go4 simulator before heading out to the wild blue yonder .?

There's a Facebook group in your area that knows where to fly but I can't recall the group.

Did you read the Spark manual yet? If not, you should download it from the Spark downloads page.

As far as where to fly, Read up and make sure you understand all the regulations and then check Airmap to find a place you can fly. I just looked at Bayside briefly and it looks like there are areas you can fly, but do your research.
