Gesture mode?

I was wondering if you can take off normally and then go into gesture mode and then change back and land normally ?
I’m new to this and am slowly trying the different modes and features etc.

Yes, after takeoff you can tap on that remote looking icon on the left side of your device screen in the DJI go app - it may ask you to agree to advanced features, and then on bottom right you’ll see the hand icon for gesture mode. Just make sure you are hovering in a safe place while attempting the switch

Can you do this the opposite way? Take off in gesture mode, take over with the remote and then land with gesture mode?

Yes, take off in gesture mode, cancel it (tap X on your screen, or pause button on remote) then fly normally.

Of course you can switch back in gesture mode whenever you want.
