Hi Guys,

I’m another of those Kiwi’s (New Zealanders) living in Sydney and recently taken up flying drones as a hobby. I’ve had a couple of others in the past but never managed to get beyond taking off, a combination of rubbish flying skills, equipment beyond my skills and some bad equipment.

But recently got a Spark and a Phantom IV Pro+, spending time in the backyard especially building confidence with the Spark navigating the trees but after two weekends I’m making progress. Love the challenge and got to say I’m in love with both drones. Both handle very differently and it’s a great excuse for some father/son time.

I’m an Operation Manager working in support for Amazon Web Services and very much an IT and Gadgets junkie. Anywhere I can combine a hobby and work I will. Spare time, at least what I have is with the family, flying drones, growing plants and keeping the odd fish tank or three.

That’s me, keen to learn, improve my skills and enjoy nature.

Hello from the Mid-West, KiwiBigD.

There's always room in the hanger for one or two more.

I only have the Spark but you have the best of both.

P4 for professionalism.

The Spark is for the smaller jobs the P4 can't do.

Now you have two camera perspectives should you and another pilot wish to fly at the same time.
