i may be some what incorrect about the altitude limits where i am, although i am flying over property either owned by us, with permission or informing local police an gendarmerie (french military police) , but you got to see the comments on this other thread, they dont care if the spark malfunctioned, they are literally trying to extort the idea that flying above restricted altitude (within the limits advertised by DJI) basically voids the warranty. In other words, DJI will black mail you if you do loose a drone because it behaves abnormal or they program them too and its your fault if its gone. Here we go again, replaced spark flew away again, Compass error!
