As in the title while I was browsing I found an interesting (italian language) article. Here is in english but I didn't yet read it. http://bit.ly/2hqrkWY

The important things I found, important for me at least, are the following.

THere will be no more difference between drones (UAV) and aircraft models, that in Italy was a problems sometimes.
No more need of a course or license for normal activities and for job. Only if you fly over the head of people, that is a critical scenario, there is the need of a license.
The License gives the pilot much authonomy and power. No more need of authorizations from authorities, money to spend and time lost. ...

Anyway, what do you think about it? Hope that in Italy our governement will not put his hands in this simple and intelligent piece of paper. :mad:
 
Sounds just like what happened in USA also. The courts found drones to be no different from RC planes, so no registration.
