Amazon 3rd part used spark

Does someone know if they original warranty by Dji is included in the 3rf part used section? There are very good deals like : Amazon wherehouse deals, i think i van trust it no? There are others for $385 but i think it's to cheap. DJI Spark, Portable Mini Drone, Alpine White:Amazon:Camera & Photo

If you live in the US, DJI will only honor their warranty if you buy from DJI directly or from an authorized DJI dealer. I have a list of authorized DJI dealers selling Sparks on Amazon here.

If the DJI warranty is not applicable, then you're at the mercy of the return policy offered by the seller of your choice.

No. I only buy from DJI or authorized DJI dealers. I don't ever hope to use the DJI warranty, but it's nice to know I have it in case something doesn't go as planned.
