Activation of Spark

Hello, I have tried repeatedly to activate my new Spark by scanning or manually entering information. Neither way has been successful. Am I missing something. If by some chance it is activated how can I tell? Thank you

I feel your pain. I had a painstaking time activating my spark too. It would never scan the QR code and my manual failed the first time. Idk man, keep trying? Did you get the combo?

my dad had the same problem with his mavic pro. i would recommend looking up how to do it or just being patient with your sparkie
