There were likely multiple sellers and they came in with a lower price. When I looked it was DJI ship/sold from Amazon. You have to watch that on Amazon, especially when buying refurb. Check out the "more options" and it shows all the buyers.

I 3d printed various landing gear to try. Right now I am using these -- DJI SPARK Landing Gear by ca7prince8 They are pretty good but occasionally slide lose. Have notice zero decrease in time or performance. I have noticed it is much easier to take off and land in a grassy area.

Sure... works just fine. It is actually kind of interesting to have the remote going when using gestures and see it change modes and so forth.

Have you tried removing your SD card and pulling those pictures directly to make sure you are not getting the "preview" pics?

That is a head scratcher and never seen that before. My first inclination would be to find another device to load the software and see how it reacts....that would help determine if it is the Spark or the Device.

I had it with the current firmware and after 200 successful flights. I have made probably 25 flights since with no issue but I am flying a little less aggressive.

I have manufacturer warranty and extended warranty from my credit card.. I did not feel Refresh was worth it for me personally.
