Correct. It is in fact a guideline, not a statute. "Give way to manned aircraft" is the only mandate.- MATTSPARK1975

Flying erratically!!
Been bumped lightly a few times, recalibrated everything three times won't stay in position, and I have to force land vertical down right after takeoff. Halp!!- MATTSPARK1975
