Best budget tablet?

I've been told to buy an iPad mini 4, but I don't want to spend the money what is a good budget tablet to use with the spark?

Android or Apple?
If Android, look for a tablet with an "octa-core" processor at least...and the more ram the better (more than 1 GB for sure 3 GB seems ok)
I personally use a "Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD" that I got used from Ebay for $40.00.
It didn't come with a sim but I don't use it like that anyway since I use it just for flying! I disabled or un-installed anything that wasn't needed!
It works fine with the DJI app!

Yeah, it would be dedicated.

Gps is helpful to help with the location/maps...Dedicated is the way to go
