Actually, I found that the Mavic was quieter that the Spark. The pitch of the noise is lower and doesn’t sound so much like a bunch of angry bees! This is purely subjective, of course.

Well, went for the Mavic Pro. Got it yesterday, flew it for 2 mins and it then started pi**ing down. Now sitting staring at it and then staring at the outside (still pi**ing down and high winds). Bloody typical Welsh weather!

This noise thing bothers me more than anything else! I’ve watched a zillion vids showing the noise levels but the MP doesn’t sound much louder at all! Is it really that much noisier on the ground and in the air? Also, I’m just thinking about the new laws coming in on the 30th July - 120m height...

Only problem with using the iPad is that all my bloody Spark video get uploaded to the cloud and onto all our iOS devices along with the pics (which are supposed to be uploaded). Grrr..

Thx, glad to see that I’m not alone with this! Not concerned about the props but they have a few tiny dents on a couple of edges. Just wondered if you’re supposed to replace them as soon as they’ve been marked in any way or wait till the craft is not behaving right!

I’m just downloading a 4min video from the Spark to my iPhone and it’s taking a very long time - 25 mins with many stops and starts. Is the fastest was to get it into my iCloud? Also, I finally ran into some branches. Just how chewed up do the props need to be before you have to replace them?!
