He would have been required to produce proof of signed delivery, FYI, in a dispute.</p><p></p><p>The final straw for me was when he kept insisting on doing PayPal “friends and family” method. Even when I offered to pay the extra $10. So I told him “forget it.”</p><p></p><p> I still hoped that maybe he was an honest person... he was pretty convincing by text… But seeing Tom R’s post was upsetting.</p><p></p><p>The real question to me is: how can someone be so evil.</p></blockquote><p></p>
