Trying to connect my new 5.5 Crystal Sky to my Spark. Connected to wi-fi , put in my password . Get authentication error message. Several attempts. Called DJI , they advised bind to wi-fi. Well that worked if I want to fly with screen. Not for me. So I am trying to get the Wi-fi connect through my remote control to my Crystal Sky.
My wi-fi shows two Spark signals, one says not in range, the other attempts to connect but ends up "Authentication Error".
Both attempts for DJI support were worthless, on line chat was terrible, phone support ran me around different departments to no avail. Maybe someone out here on our forum can help.
Crystal Sky works great on my Mavic Pro. It is a great experience in viewing your flights.
