The battery that came with the fly more combo charges the battery but the three usb ports does not charge the controller or any android phone..... cans someone tell me why? I've tried many cables and an additional charging hu from another new unit but still the same. . . . Sigh . . . can someone tell me what coul be the reason? Thanks

Hello from the Hoosier Heartland, vicplanas.
The two USB ports on the charger should be working if the multi charger works for the battery. There is another port on the dock that is not used which is covered and is for future firmware updates to the charger, if any were to be made.
There are no fuses or breakers in the charger for it not to work so the block may be defective, but then you tried another one with the same result. Puzzling.
Perhaps the pins in the unit are compromised and the cable isn't making the connection.
You can use the USB ports on a computer to charge the remote if needed.
