    I have had the spark slip into Atti-mode but it's always still under control not self flying and making crazy maneuvers.

    Shortly after take with full GPS sparky goes into atti mode and goes in sport mode by it self does some crazy turns and a few heavy banks for no reason. Then it stops and hovers and I regain control. Any one have this happen?

    The version I have the active tracking, quick shot, and tripod modes are not working. The icon on the main screen is missing.

    Starting with closed props

    I agree, the startup torque will just shift the props until centrifugal force takes over and opens them. So straightening them out really does nothing.

    Why is the Spark even sold in CE territories?

    I am in Canada, I also have had issues with the WiFi connection and had many disconnect problems. I am also using the "modded" app with the OTG cable and have had great results!
