Somewhat silly question but it happened to me with a replacement they sent me after a repair, but have you removed the protective plastic from the front sensor above camera/gimbal? My original did not care as I had left it on for some flights as well but the replacement I got back would not fly...

Open the DJI Go 4 app, tap on the "Me" icon/option and then the upper right there is a gear icon. Click that and then look at the bottom of your screen at the version number and build number.

That is good news because that always has annoyed me. I have never tried just connecting anyway, but still ... it should remember the last device you connected to. As for version, looks like v577 is out now so ... lol ... time to update again. [emoji19]

Looks like another update just pushed today. This one is 4.2.12 v577.

Nice pic! Did you use any filters or manual camera settings? Looks like it was shooting into the sun is the only reason I ask. Really good shot if just auto settings.

Yeah, I have noticed that if you had it installed the subsequent updates have been smaller. The entire apk is 96MB now, but the updates are between 12 - 20MB once it has been installed.

Works just fine on both my phone and my computer.

My original link for the APK should be updated now with the new version. I was able to upload it from my phone, it didn't let me do it last time and I had to wait to use my computer at work. DJI 4 v4.2.12 Back on Google Play

It's possible what is happening is anyone who happened to get the original 4.2.12 update from GP continues to get updates on GP as DJI makes updates to it. And everyone else continues to see no update out there because DJI didn't officially release the 4.2.12 update.

Appears there was another update today here in the U.S.

I wonder if the reason some don't have the update is it is being released by device. The couple of us who got it the first time it was put out there, I think, all have Galaxy S8s. It could be by device and that's why it is not rolling out to everyone, even in the same region.
