I had a problem with my first Spark, so they sent me a new one, but just wondering if they have no more Sparks and I still have one more refresh left to get from DJI, what would they send me?

I had a few minor mishaps, one time the wind pushed it into a fence, and once blew into a tree, this could have caused the gps compass to be out of wack.

My Spark started to lose GPS every time I flew her, she would try to fly away. So I called up support and they recommended I send it in for a repair or replace. So I shipped it ( free shipping) to Texas, last Monday, within a week they had it and diagnosed it not being a factory warranty problem...

I bought my DJI care refresh when I purchased my Spark last November, from DJI. I activated my DJI account on first flight of the Spark, but I don’t recall activating the care refresh program. Or is this done automatically when you first fly the drone? I ask because I might need to replace my...

Hi ALL, Yes I just loaded the file onto the Mac and played it back on iMovie and it is much better, no blurry focus, so I guess the playback from the SD card on the phone was the problem. Thank you all for helping out.

Hi guys, When I am recording video, on playback the video is in and out of focus, is this a normal thing with the Spark?
