Come back to and take a picture from the exact same spot

Just take off directly above you from the same location to a fixed altitude. Then frame the shot by using the same landmarks in exactly the same place on your screen each time. I suppose it's the cheapest option and in theory could work really well

    NEVER FLY IN FOG

I would have thought that if all these sensor problems happen when you come down vertically to land then why not just have a spark moving forward as you descend like in a spiral. We can all crash our Sparks flying across a field and slam them into the ground if we put the sticks down without...

    Night Flight

I've done quite a few sunset night flights with the spark and it works perfectly. It does wonder a tiny bit when it's low down but I just fly it in front of me and grab it out of the air and turn it on its side so it's no problem at all.

    Stopping the props mid-flight

It wouldn't actually creates lift it would just create a drag almost like a parachute coming down. And I don't think the magnetic resistance in the Motors has an effect on how fast the props rotate because if you power off your spark they rotate freely without any magnetic feeling as they are...

    Stopping the props mid-flight

with the battery in, the centre of gravity is perfectly in the middle of the spark as I've just balanced it. But it did surprise me as you would have thought it was heavier towards the rear but it's not

    Stopping the props mid-flight

Yes and if you need to get out of the way rapidly. Or it's a fly away and you rather cut your losses and drop it

    Stopping the props mid-flight

I suppose you never know when you need it in emergency

    Stopping the props mid-flight

Or maybe not that is the question

    Stopping the props mid-flight

It's good to have an enquiring mind and push the boundaries I think. It's just I'm not going first[emoji12]
