If it sounds to good to be true..... I bought a spark more fly combo of Ebay from a local company for £550, wouldn't activate, no fault of the company who bought it from a electrical distributor, turned our dji said mine and a load of others were stolen on transit.... I was lucky to return it...

I had the same issue on my s7, use a apple device and it will work, dji have alot more support and less issues with ios for some reason

Activated 1st time, but didn't bother with the qr, don't think qr works for anyone anyway

Not sure, they just told me dji asked to take them back, I'm sure they knew but dji themselves told me.

Turns out the soarks the company I bought off were selling were actually stolen, returned for a full refund, bought one from maplins and it works absolutely fine

I got mine from a local seller, I have heard from people that bought from maplins and jessops (authorised) who had no issues, also argos, no issues although they are not authorised dealers, neither are PC World. If dji really are cutting off these big chains, it's not going to do them any good...

I think it's pretty clear cut that any drones not bought from authorised dealers won't be activated. Mines going back today and I will rebuy from a authorised seller

I used the link ok thier page for the windows version, it doesn't really help with activating it though, and if dji have asked for your cache log it just all talk so it seems like they're doing something! I did this yesterday and they just came back and told me to return it to where I bought it...

I found them pretty usless this morning, they just have a script to stick to! Told me to take it back to where I bought it in the end...

Spark activation failed server error seems like it's a wide spread problem [emoji53]

I tried on iPad yesterday still no luck, it's going back today

I don't know why I have a suspicious feeling that it's a dji server issue, seen a few posts from people that can't activate, so irritating!
