Thanks for the well intentioned message. However if you read the thread you will note I've used the supplied cable just one time and it wouldn't go in. The female socket on the controller is damaged/faulty. The supplier is replacing it
Very very disappointed.
A controller with a faulty port that can't be charged.
A drone that has multiple faults with the gimble and camera sensor.
Online support had me going through all the obvious (which I'd done) and now it's send it back for repair and wait 7 working days plus shipping...
Yes it's definitely a design fault where the terminal board could get damaged or moved. Not sure if this Is what happened to mine the first time I tried to charge it or if it was faulty from the factory
Forgive me calling it a mini. It just be a micro and be compatible as its the eland that was supplied with the controller. Looking at it, the socket is faulty as there is no gap between the pins and the bottom of socket.
A lot to ask, but if it's convenient please could you post a pic of the socket on your controller please. I've nothing to compare mine to and to be honest I'm concerned that it's maybe damaged with no way to charge it
