When in p mode there is no icon on the left screen of intelegence flight mode.. the promblen is only when its dark... mybe sensors??? On day time its ok

hi Sorry about may bad english :) I fly my spark at night and i see that there is no intelegence flight mode on the side. I am using mode 2 app. I want to fly in cinematic mode but i cant. Is there somthing wrong or at night there is only p mode or sport??? Tnx
