My spark is the only one Dji i have. I named it: "DjiGong" which may mean "Monk" in chineese, but in my language (Indonesia) the real meaning is "dirt in between teeth"

Between step#2 and #3, after you turned on the RC and it connected to the Spark; do you wait for the mobile device to connect to the RC through wifi and then #4 turned off the wifi and bluetooth?

I had same issue. Check if it was the display of map which haven't been downloaded/buffered. Change the display to be spark's camera instead of map, click "+"/"-" at the bottom-right.

Or try higher version. I use 4.1.15 from apkmirror.com.

It works faster.

Thank you Desertwindaero :). I've got the answer ! Instead of using dedicated app only for Dji, we can mirroring of anything we can see at a device's display to other devices' display with this app: MirrorOp. Installing the sender and receiver is required. I gave it a try, it worked to...

I noticed there are apps for ios like litchi vue and dji screen share which enable the co-pilot to see the drone's view through different device while the pilot use other device (with/without rc) for piloting. Do we have similar apps for android and compatible with spark?

Which is the best and safest: manually select preferred channel, or leave it 'auto' ?

1. Have you unchecked "beginner mode" 2. Set the distance paramater to be more than 100m. 3. Check the wifi channel. For longer distance, 2.4ghz is better than 5.8ghz. 4. Try other mobile device. or use spark rc if your friend has it.

In using OTG cable, do we have to modify "usb debugging"? Which ones? Mtp connection?

Try to downgrade the version and syncronize the rc. You may find the previous version of installer file at pureapk.com. Then upgrade it.
