Update, the password on the drone and box were incorrect. Not sure why, but I was able to find the correct password by installing the DJI desktop application, connecting the drone and then checking wifi settings on the program.

I can see the SSID but when I select it and input the password (from the Spark), I get a "wrong password" error. I've tried resetting serval times by holding the power button for 9s and 3 beeps. Same result. Any ideas on how to fix this? It almost seems like someone put the wrong sticker on...
