    Snapped a prop

I climbed right into a tree limb and one of the props snapped off. My Spark dropped like a rock and shut down. I was able to find the prop in the lawn. The two tabs that go into the motor hub sheared right off. I think everything worked like it is supposed to. I replaced the broken prop and...

    Floating prop guards (wish list)

Probably wouldn't be hard to epoxy some pool noodle foam along the prop guard lower surface. Would need to figure out how much you would need to float the Spark, might be more that I think. Of course this wouldn't help with water damage to the electronics. I think I saw one design that used some...

    Attaching info to Spark

Any advice on how to identify my Spark? I put my phone number on the top surface along with the FAA registration number using a sharpie, but it doesn't seem to be well adhered. It has smudged a bit already. I created a label with my Dynamo labeler but it doesn't want to stick. The surface is...

    First Crash

No worries. It was a skinny branch that snagged the prop guard and then I think it slammed into a fence. Overall, no major damage. I was able to bend the prop guard back into position. Good times.

    First Crash

Caught a tree branch in the backyard today while I was getting the feel for my new Spark. The prop guards did their job and took a pretty hard hit. It was enough to bend the prop guard so the prop hit it. When I tried to restart the Spark it wacked the prop guard and I got a "motor obstructed"...
