This topic came up the other day...
If one person in the household is a Part 107 pilot, and the other is not, can both fly the same drone?
I assume the drone would be registered as a Part 107 if going to make money.
I heard once you become a Part 107 pilot, you cease to be a hobbyist and have to abide by the FAA rules.
Do you need two drones and register them separately, OR register one drone twice, OR just stick with Part 107 registration and let the hobbyist fly it?
If the drone is registered as commercial, does the Remote Pilot in Command have to be present when the hobbyist flies it?
