Travelling with a drone database?

Is there a database where one can find out about travelling to different countries with a drone?

Does the Hover app do other countries?

Looks like a cool app, not sure if it does multi countries but what I was really looking for was a database that has basics (restrictions etc..) for different countries. I am going to be travelling to Iceland and Scotland in the near future and would like to find info easily if possible.
