Poor Video Quality...!!! Need Help.

The video quality is too bad, maybe I can't adjust my sparks camera properly or there is any problem in the camera?? can't understand, please help.

Is there a specific reason why you are shooting video at 1/320 shutter speed?

If this was taken from a screen recorder, it's going to be poor quality as the good stuff is on the SD card.

Pull the footage directly off of the SD card and repost.

Ditto. Only 5 reasons for bad video. 1. Viewing it from the app. .2. A low bitrate SD card. 3. The wrong Manual video settings+=UE (User Error). 4. Shooting in low light. 5. A defective camera.
