Airmap shows me to be within 5 miles of Falls Pond Seaplane airport and says that notification is required. I know that the owner of the sea plane on Falls Pond got rid of it several years ago. I tried calling the number listed on AirMap for the base and found it’s an inactive number. What now? Am I good to fly?

That being said...it is your responsibility to ‘see and avoid’ manned aircraft. Other than that (open or closed seaplane base) it appears to be underneath Class E airspace (in this case with a floor of 700’AGL), so UAS operations up to 400’ AGL are not prohibited.
Attempt to contact/notify, then go fly...watch for aircraft, maintain visual line-of-sight to your bird and have fun.
