    Well I finally got around to editing the video from my visit to where I used to live in The Great Smoky Mountains here in North Carolina. It is short and unrefined but it shows a bit of the mountain life setting I used to enjoy.
    **UPDATE... Now in 1080p instead of 720.

    Thank you! Yes it certainly is a beautiful area. I really hated to leave it but I had no choice. I do still live in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains but it is nothing like the Smokies.

    Very nice!!! I love it up there. It would be really awesome in the fall when the leaves peak!!!

    Thank you and yes it is very colorful. Some of those pictures are just a hint of what you can see in the fall. But it gets very cold and winter likes to hang around for too long. I don't think I will miss that part.

    I am assuming that you are referring to Cataloochi. I first lived in Maggie Valley when I moved to Haywood County. Too busy there in the summer for me but still a great area to live in.
