Visited an old gravel pit today, which now is used for swimming, biking etc.

Next to the old pit there is a new pit and since no one was working today, I took a few pictures there.

I have several of these quarries near me. these make for interesting subjects because of the water, machinery, and piles of rock. I thought I was the only one who appreciated their uniqueness. Maybe I watched too many episodes of the Flintstones.

They are nice. Were they some sort of panorama or single shots?
What was the altitude you captured those at?

They were taken as single shots at a hight of 90-95 m above ground.
