I installed Wondershare Filmora on my laptop and when I saw that it was a monthly thing I started to uninstall it. During the uninstallation process, I get a popup telling me that I can buy the lifetime license for $39 so I did that. Filmora has a lot of features and a lot of tutorial videos on YouTube. I hope that helps.

I bought PowerDirector Pro, but it was like $70 and its not an app. For $30 or less, I dont think you'll find much.

You can try Davinci Resolve. Only desktop software, FREE and very good.

Power Director App for mobile Phone. Price is cheeper then "nothing" (so about € 6,-) and you can use it on the go etc. Have Power Director also on my PC, works great and the price was about € 50,-

thanks it Didn't need to be an app i'm going to check out some of these.
so i've tried davinci and like it also powerDirector pro i'll be checking out soon also wondershare is next. it takes a while to get these set up because my computer is very slow.
