What he means if you have to disconnect the downward facing sensors with these mods, it's a little smd plug on the main board, pop the top cover off, unplug, replace cover, fly, obstacle avoidance doesn't work either.

It just gets entertaining when it comes in to land because it doesn't slow down the descent the closer to the ground it gets, so quiet often sparky bounces. The one time I ran this mod I choose to do a hand catch landing.

The cable of sensors is out from inside the board

i din't see a response yet but i would turn the battery sideways. or push it back as far as it would go without disturbing the weight disruption balance. .

How do you charge the add on battery, do you have a separate charger. what is the smaller connector for on the battery. I have seen people mount the battery transverse so as not to foul the sensors.
