Can not load Hybrid map

I bought a Spark Combo and all is working great and I am running it into the controller from a 7" Tab, now when I go to map view it shows me the map fine but when I choose hybrid it still shows only the map view, I do not have data connection when flying so am I missing something such as Google earth to give me the satellite picture?, help please.

No, you are not missing anything. You will need an active data connection to see the satellite maps.

If you know where you will be flying you can preload/cache the maps while you’re on WiFi.

But the satellite images will still not show up in that situation. Only the street maps.
